Welcome to the first edition of the Sensational Sewing monthly newsletter 'The Spool'!
Hello and welcome to the first edition of the newsletter for Sensational Sewing! This is a brand new release online article to keep you updated with everything sewing.
We hope you all had a relaxing holiday and are ready and refreshed for a busy new year! Holiday classes were heaps of fun and we enjoyed seeing all the wonderful creations made in classes <3
With New Years Resolutions established for Sensational Sewing, we decided we wanted to become more connected and more accessible for you. SO. We've made a couple of changes that we're really excited about and hope you are too! Starting with 'The Spool' our brand new Newsletter! With editions to be released each month, we wanted to keep you updated and informed about everything going on in the world of sewing and creativity! You can find the newsletter on our brand new blog (hehe we'll introduce that properly in a minute) or alternatively you can subscribe to our mailing list to make sure you don't miss an edition! We are also very excited to announce the launch of our new website! It now offers an online booking system with the option to pay online for your convenience as well. Last but not least, we're thrilled to announce that we have started a blog (hi, you're here, thanks for coming!) full of inspiring tips and interesting articles so we hope you enjoy reading it!
With January over (um.. where did it go?), we hope you had a lovely holiday and things weren't too hectic with back to work and school.
Term sewing has just started up so why not organise your extra-curricular for the term now? We have plenty of classes to offer this year, including after school and weekend classes for children and teenagers to enjoy. We also offer daytime and evening classes for adults as we understand that during school time is perfect for those adults who need a break and enjoy craft time while evening classes are more convenient for those working parents! This year, we are also adding specialised classes for people with disabilities. These classes can be tailored to suit their needs in terms of time, projects and class size for maximum skills development.
We've got a couple of other tricks up our sleeve for this year but we're excited to announce the introduction of Pattern making classes which will start in Term 2 2018. You're welcome:)
